This is what I woke up to yesterday morning. Our first snow of the year and our first snow of the season now that I think about it. I just love snow, but not too much 4-6 inches will do, just enough to make snowballs and snowmen. This is the kind of weather where you eat all things Comforting, Creamy, and Cheesy. Foods like Mac and Cheese, Chili, Casseroles you know all the indulgent foods. I sure could go for a casserole right about now. Schedule weekend comfort treat -check!
