Meet Moringa.
A super edible tree that’s one of the most nutritious superfoods on the planet.
- The leaves are nutrient-dense in Vitamins A & C, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, and Potassium.
- It’s said to reduce inflammation.
- Assists with malnutrition & obesity.
- Helps with moods such as fatigue, and anxiety.
- And it makes AMAZINGLY delicious Moringa tea lattes.
This Moringa latte has all the makings of a great cup of tea. It takes all of 15 minutes to make brewed in oat milk to tone down the earthy flavor and sweetened with honey to strike the perfect balance.
Tea drinking is a ritual I partake in daily as it comforts and centers me with gratitude for the healing plants.
If you have an affection for Tea like yours truly, you can appreciate a nice hot cup of brew that reverberates warmth from the cup that fills your heart with joy and fond memories.
Before you take your first sip, hold your tea in your palms breathe in the invigorating scent of aromatherapy, allow your thoughts to settle as a familiar vibe takes over. Can you feel it? Can you hear it? Spring is in the air…..you may sip now.
Cheers to Timeless Moments…
