Then this came along with Happy Friday and a cherry on top.

One of my joys in life is being in good company with a bowl of fruit cream salad.  We don’t see each other often because of the cream factor, but when we do, we make up for lost times with many bowls to say goodbye.fruit cream salad

Each spoonful has a different layer combination.  Like there’s, black grapes with creamy coconut flakes topped with mini marshmallows in these too cute little cluster formations.  Or pineapple and cherries smothered in coconut cream with green and red grapes singing, Kumbaya in your mouth!

These luscious combinations will leave your taste buds foretasting its next mouth full and you chomping at the bit.

After you have enjoyed and explored each spoonful moment- which doesn’t end after your first bowl is empty, but after the second or maybe even the third you can part ways with sweet memories.

How To Prepare Fruit Cream Salad

FRUIT CREAM SALAD

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup green seedless grapes
  • 1½ cup cherries (remove pits)
  • 1½ cup red seedless grapes
  • 1½ cup black seedless grapes
  • 1½ cup fresh pineapple (cut in chunks) or 1 10 oz can pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 8 oz Philly cream cheese
  • 1 16 oz. reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 14 oz. condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Combine sour cream and Philly cheese in a bowl. Blend on low until lump-free.
  2. Pour condensed milk into the cream mixture. Mix in fruit, add in coconut flakes and marshmallows. Mix to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled.
Notes
-If you prefer a soupy consistency, retain pineapple juice. (if using canned pineapples)
-You're welcome to add whatever fruit you like, I just happen to have an abundance of grapes on hand.
-A canned fruit cocktail is always an option. Do it!
